Reciprocity

Marco Island Yacht Club is a member of the Florida Council of Yacht Clubs (FCYC). One of the Council’s principal objectives is to promote reciprocity among its member clubs.

For MIYC Members:

Variety is the spice of life, and sometimes you want a change of scenery. A full membership in MIYC opens doors (and docks) for you at all 36 members of the Florida Council of Yacht Clubs (FCYC). Whether you just go for brunch at the Naples Sailing & Yacht Club or take an excursion to Key Biscayne, you’ll have safe harbor! We are also members of the Yacht Clubs of America, where you’ll be welcome at hundreds of clubs across the country.

For Visiting Mariners:

In support of this objective, FCYC member clubs extend the first 24 hours of complimentary dockage to visiting members of other Council clubs.

Once reciprocal eligibility and availability have been confirmed, a formal letter of introduction from your home club—on official letterhead—must be submitted to the above email address.

Reservations are required a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
