Rates & Rules
Transient Rate Policy:
- Daily transient rates are based on overall boat length (LOA). The minimum daily dockage charge will be calculated based on a 35-foot minimum LOA.
- All transient boats must be covered by insurance, and transients staying 30 days or more must provide proof of insurance.
- Reservations require one night’s dockage deposit via credit card to confirm. Reservations cannot be transferred from one vessel to another.
- Cancellation of reservation less than 48 hours before reservation date will result in a 1-day dockage charge. A $25 administrative charge will be applied for any cancellation.
- Monthly reservations have 30-day cancellation policy and require a 25% deposit upon booking.
- All rates are subject to change without notice.
- Riverside Marina is subject to Florida Department of Environmental Protection language limiting 'live aboards' in the Marina.

Current Utility Charge Schedule:
- Utility charges are a flat fee per day for Daily Transients and a flat fee equal to one day's transient charge plus metered usage for Weekly Transients. Monthly Transients will pay metered usage only.
- Utility charges are subject to 7% sales tax.
- An additional utility fee may be charged to cover Wi-Fi and other utilities.
- All utility fees are subject to change without notice.
