General Manager
Missy Duffy
Our General Manager, Missy Duffy, is responsible for day to day operations of the Club. She coordinates and administers the Club’s policies as defined by the Board of Directors as well as developing and deploying strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Board and the Bridge. She monitors the quality of the Club’s products and services and provides supervision and direction to the employees at the Club. Her experience in marine and club hospitality positions has certainly given her an understanding of the importance of member experience and customer satisfaction!
Food & Beverage Manager
Marla Hurst
Our Food & Beverage Director, Marla Hurst, runs a tight ship in the dining rooms, supervising the wait staff and all dining activities to ensure that MIYC Members and guests have a superior dining experience.
Executive Chef and Beverage Manager
Loren Cogswell
With more than 17 years of experience working in fine dining and upscale restaurants in the Cayman Islands and Naples, FL, Chef Cogswell brings a unique culinary perspective and blend of flavors to the Club. Together with the culinary team, he looks forward to making the Club a culinary destination for the members and guests.
Chef de Cuisine
Mark Goldhammer
Our Chef de Cuisine, Mark Goldhammer, is in charge of banquets at the Club and assists Chef Loren with a la carte dining and kitchen operations. His amazing creativity keeps Members smiling, and his personal touch and management of special requests provide a dining experience that Members just can't get anywhere else.
Membership
Cynthia Hultquist
Our Membership Coordinator, Cynthia Hultquist, is your entrée into the Club. She will show you the ropes from stem to stern, introduce you to other Members and once you're a Member, help you enjoy all the Marco Island Yacht Club has to offer! Creating a great Member experience is his top priority!
Dockmaster
Sal Loretta
Our Dockmaster is the manager of the marina and is the first person with whom a customer will interact. He is responsible for the safe mooring of vessels, general operation of the docks, and assisting boaters. Maintaining a safe and clean environment throughout the harbor and marina facilities is his number one concern!
