The Staff and Management at Marco Island Yacht Club are "people people" who embody the friendliness our Club is known for. And, of course, they are dedicated to providing an extraordinary Member experience.
Our General Manager, Carrie Brooks, is responsible for day to day operations of the Club. She coordinates and administers the Club’s policies as defined by the Board of Directors, monitors the quality of the Club’s products and services, and provides supervision and direction to the employees at the Club. With her many years of hospitality experience she ensures that the daily operations run smoothly and provides Members an extraordinary experience. Carrie was instrumental in implementing our new online reservation system and launching our MIYC app, putting the Club literally at a Member's fingertips.
Food & Beverage Manager
Our Food & Beverage Director, Marla Hurst, runs a tight ship in the dining rooms, supervising the wait staff and all dining activities to ensure that MIYC Members and guests have a superior dining experience.
Our Executive Chef, Brad Reich ("Chef Brad"), is one of the premier executive chefs on the Island. His amazing creativity keeps Members smiling, and his personal touch and management of special requests provide a dining experience that Members just can't get anywhere else. The talented Mr. Reich is focused on meeting Member needs with a flexibility and agility that keep the fun rolling!
Our Membership Coordinator, Cynthia Hultquist, is your entrée into the Club. She will show you the ropes from stem to stern, introduce you to other Members and once you're a Member, help you enjoy all the Marco Island Yacht Club has to offer! Creating a great Member experience is her top priority!
