Director of Food & Beverage

Carrie Brooks

Our Director of Food & Beverage, Carrie Brooks, ensures that daily dining at Marco Island Yacht Club is a terrific experience from beginning to end. Carrie was instrumental in implementing our new online reservation system and launching our MIYC app, putting the Club literally at a Member's fingertips. With her many years of hospitality experience, she ensures that the daily operations run smoothly and provides Members an extraordinary experience.

Executive Chef

Jonathan Osburn

Our Executive Chef, Jonathan Osburn ("Chef Jono"), is one of the premier executive chefs on the Island. His amazing creativity keeps Members smiling, and his personal touch and management of special requests provide a dining experience that Members just can't get anywhere else. The talented Mr. Osburn is focused on meeting Member needs with a flexibility and agility that keep the fun rolling!

Pam Dorr

Pam Dorr aims to please, and Members love her for it! She has a creative touch and knows how to make every occasion a special one. Whether it's a wine and dine, a party, a wedding, a banquet, a business event or just a casual meal on the Burgee Bar, you can see Pam's personal touch and eye for detail.

Our Membership Coordinator, Cynthia Hultquist, is your entrée into the Club. She will show you the ropes from stem to stern, introduce you to other Members and once you're a Member, help you enjoy all the Marco Island Yacht Club has to offer! Creating a great Member experience is her top priority!
