Mark has more than 25 years experience in the Hospitality industry, from Beverage Manager at a Casino, to Director of F&B at a Renaissance Hotel, and most recently, Director of Event Operations at the JW Marriott here on Marco Island. Mark has a passion for food and beverage, leading people and providing exceptional service to Members and guests.
Our Executive Chef, Robert Aylwin, is one of the premier executive chefs on the Island. His award-winning creativity keeps Members smiling, and his personal touch and management of special requests provide a dining experience that Members just can't get anywhere else. The talented Mr. Aylwin is focused on meeting Member needs with a flexibility and agility that keep the fun rolling!
Our Assistant General Manager, Pam Dorr, aims to please, and Members love her for it! She has a creative touch in addition to running a tight ship, and knows how to make every occasion a special one. Whether it's a wine and dine, a party, banquet or just a casual meal on the Burgee Bar, you can see Pam's personal touch and eye for detail.
Our Membership Coordinator, Cynthia Hultquist, is your entrée into the Club. She will show you the ropes from stem to stern, introduce you to other Members and once you're a Member, help you enjoy all the Marco Island Yacht Club has to offer! Creating a great Member experience is her top priority!
