General Manager
Missy Milanese
Our General Manager, Missy Milanese, is responsible for day to day operations of the Club. She coordinates and administers the Club’s policies as defined by the Board of Directors as well as developing and deploying strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Board and the Bridge. She monitors the quality of the Club’s products and services and provides supervision and direction to the employees at the Club. Her experience in marine and club hospitality positions has certainly given her an understanding of the importance of member experience and customer satisfaction!

Executive Chef and Beverage Manager
Loren Cogswell
With more than 17 years of experience working in fine dining and upscale restaurants in the Cayman Islands and Naples, FL, Chef Cogswell brings a unique culinary perspective and blend of flavors to the Club. Together with the culinary team, he looks forward to making the Club a culinary destination for the members and guests.

Membership
Eric Aronson
Our Membership and Marketing Director, Eric Aronson, is your entrée into the Club. He will show you the ropes from stem to stern, introduce you to other Members and once you're a Member, help you enjoy all the Marco Island Yacht Club has to offer! Creating a great Member experience is his top priority!

Facilities and Marina Director
Peter Chapman
Our Facility and Marina Director Peter Chapman is responsible for guiding the facility Maintenance and Marina projects; keeping the buildings, docks, and property looking their best at all times. He is motivated and energetic with a desire to maintain and enhance the appearance of our club ensuring our members are always delighted. With several years of property management, light construction and 13 years as a Boat/ Yacht Sales Broker he has a passion for the Boating Lifestyle, maintaining excellence and creating a welcoming environment for our members to enjoy.

Dockmaster
Christina Vinroe
Our Dockmaster is the manager of the marina and is the first person with whom a customer will interact. She is responsible for the safe mooring of vessels, general operation of the docks, and assisting boaters. Maintaining a safe and clean environment throughout the harbor and marina facilities is her number one concern!
