First Login Instruction
- Type in your member number as Username for the website.
- Type in your New Temporary Password, which is your last name (lower case). Please see the example below (no spaces).
Example: John Smith, personal member number,
0123A. (zero, one, two, three, A)
Username: 0123A
Password: smith
Once you login, please update your password by following the on-screen instructions.
